BLUEVIEW NURSERIES GUARANTEE POLICY
Plants installed by homeowner:
Trees and shrubs installed by the homeowner are guaranteed to live for sixty days from the date of purchase. Warranty does NOT include perennials, annuals, sod, fruit trees, grass seed, ground cover plants, and cemetery plantings. We will not replace plants due to a customer's neglect, improper watering, improper planting as well as unavoidable acts of nature and damage from excessive fluctuations in temperature.
Plants are NOT returnable. DO NOT bring plant material back to the nursery. If you think your plant is dead or showing signs of stress, please leave the plant in the ground. Call Blueview Nursery and a member of our staff will determine the condition of the plant and diagnose the problem.
If it is decided that the plant is to be replaced, bring your receipt to the Nursery and then the plant will be replaced, or equal value will be put toward a plant of your choice.

We do not guarantee plants that are purchased and/or installed by other professionals. We cannot guarantee other peoples' work. If you are concerned about any plant material installed by another landscaper, you need to contact them and review their policies. Once plant material is installed by another professional, Blueview Nurseries is no longer responsible.
